October Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar!

WHAT:
Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market celebrates summer with the fifth installation of the Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar on Sunday, October 9th, 2011, and every second Sunday each month through October.

A crossroads for the outdoor culinary dining experience and vintage flea market shopping, Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar aims to bring the best of New York City’s gourmet food trucks together in one central location, at one of the most popular weekend destinations in New York City. Each month will feature a rotating list of featured gourmet food trucks along with over 70 vendors selling antiques and vintage fashion, as well as a pop-up section curated by The {NewNew} group–a local collective of independent Etsy artists.

WHO: Rickshaw Dumpling Truck, Kimchi Taco Truck, Gorilla Cheese Truck, Two Pitas in a Pod, and Kelvin Natural Slush.

PICO de GAP TACO TRUCK

WHAT:
Pico de Gap.
Four branded taco trucks will tour through Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and San Francisco. Each city’s menu will be created by a top, notable chef. The tour is part of Gap’s Fall campaign promoting their premium 1969 denim, created in their design loft located in Los Angeles’ Pico Blvd.

OFFERING:
+ For $1.69, customers will receive (2) tacos and a drink.
+ With proof of a Gap denim purchase, the meal is free.
+ Each order will include a discount coupon at the nearest Gap store.
+ A select amount of Golden Tickets for a free pair of Gap 1969 jeans will also be given away.

This Weekend: Dirty Money & Good Eats

This weekend is action packed with an appearance from the stars of the new Discovery show Dirty Money on Saturday and a Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar on Sunday!!

If you have been to HKFM on a Saturday in the past few months, you might have noticed the camera crews and amazing repurposed antiques. Discovery Channel was filming the new series Dirty Money about John, Jimmy and Rat Boy. Their family business brings new life to people's old belongings. Every Tuesday at 10pm on Discovery!

Red Hook Lobster Pound Truck just added to Sunday's roster! 6/12/2011

We are happy to announce and welcome Red Hook Lobster Pound's truck to this weekend's Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar!

Coming directly from the lobster boat to NYC, you will be able to munch on fresh lobster rolls and more while sifting through fine vintage finds from HKFM vendors and handmade goods from The {NewNew} vendors!
